Mom Sues Not Your Average Joe's for Serving Kids Sangria in Sippy Cups

A Massachusetts mother is taking legal action after a drink mix-up at a chain restaurant. Debra Carney says her two young children were served Sangria in their sippy cups instead of the cranberry-lime soda she’d ordered at a Not Your Average Joe’s in Acton last year.
