Sen. Markey Proposes Increasing Number of Justices on U.S. Supreme Court

For Sen. Ed Markey and many Progressive Democrats, fixing the United States Supreme Court means expanding the number of justices from 9 to 13. President Joe Biden has created a commission to study the expansion of the Court, though he has said in the past that he is “not a fan.”
