At Zo Boston, the name of the game is authentic Greek street food made and delivered to your hands fast.
Christian Makredes, partner with Zo Restaurant Group, said that the idea for a food truck came after finding success at a brick and mortar store.
"We put extra virgin olive oil on everything," Makredes said. "Everything's made from scratch. Nothing's pre-packaged or bought. We make everything."
Aside from your assortment of gyros, the truck features several soups, including Avgolemono, a classic lemon chicken rice soup, and a veggie lentil soup.
The equipment in the truck is the same you'll find inside the store. All meats are freshly cooked and then saved. Gyros are then made to order and delivered to you in minutes. Though the line gets long, it doesn't last with how quickly orders are made.
