Multiple fire departments worked to put out the fire at 89 Woodland Road, the Cambridge Fire Department said.
Brookline fire officials said the single-family home was unoccupied at the time of the blaze.

One firefighter suffered a minor injury to his hand while fighting the fire.
The fire started on the first floor and extended to the second floor. The cause remains under investigation.
