Hurricane Helene has weakened to a Tropical Storm over Georgia with maximum sustained winds of 70 mph (110 kph), the National Hurricane Center said.

Forecast: Tracking Hurricane Helene as it makes landfall in northwest Florida
Helene made landfall at around 11:10 p.m. just east of the mouth of the Aucilla River in Brooks County, according to the National Weather Service. The storm had maximum sustained winds of about 140 mph.
