Burlington-based Everbridge is going private in $1.5B deal

Burlington-based Everbridge Inc. is the latest software company set to go private in a deal with a deep-pocketed acquirer.

The critical event management firm said Monday it reached a deal to be acquired by software investment firm Thoma Bravo for $1.5 billion.
