The court-mandated patient care ombudsman responsible for monitoring care at Steward Health Care-owned hospitals during bankruptcy proceedings said that she has not seen any problems requiring immediate attention.
However, she identified areas of potential improvement and raised concerns about a patient who attempted suicide while under hospital surveillance.
