Clear the Shelters: Dogs, cats and even Guinea pigs up for adoption at Northeast Animal Shelter in Salem

Celia Jepsy, with the Northeast Animal Shelter, says there is a dog population crisis, and there are a number of dogs waiting for loving fur-ever homes at the Salem shelter. There will be a “pay what you can” event for harder to adopt dogs like older dogs or ones with medical challenges, starting next week.
