Taking@Issue: New speaker, new tragedy, new strategy

This week the team is Taking@Issue with topics stretching from Capitol Hill to Boston City Hall. Sadly, the conversation begins with a detour to Lewiston, Maine, the site of the latest mass shooting in America. The House FINALLY has a new House speaker, but who the heck is Mike Johnson?
