Arrest made in shooting of 3 teens in Worcester, police say

Worcester police say three teenagers, two 18-year-olds and a 17-year-old, were shot on Sunday. Their names or conditions weren’t immediately released.

Three teenagers were shot in Worcester, Massachusetts, over the weekend, and a fourth has been arrested, police said Monday.

Officers responded to Clarkson Street just after 9 p.m. Sunday for a report of gunshots, Worcester police said.

When they arrived, the officers were flagged down and found two 18-year-old women and a 17-year-old boy, according to police. They were all taken to the hospital.

Their names or conditions weren't immediately released.

Jordany Alejo, 19, has been arrested in connection with the shooting. He faces three counts of armed assault to murder.
