An arrest has been made in the murder of an 81-year-old Needham, Massachusetts, woman who was found dead in her home in May.
The suspect, who has not been identified, will be arraigned in court Friday, according to the Norfolk County District Attorney's Office.
Laura Shifrina was found dead in her home on May 31. Officials believe she had been dead for several days prior to the discovery.
The victim had lived in a public housing complex for elderly and disabled residents for about 15 years.
Police say Shifrina’s car was then discovered about 15 miles away, a street in Boston's Dorchester neighborhood.
