A survivor of the 2013 Boston Marathon bombing has been badly injured in a crash.
According to her Instagram, Adrianne Haslet was struck by a car on Commonwealth Avenue while crossing a crosswalk on Saturday.
She writes that she was thrown into the air and landed, crushing the left side of her body.
She says she is "completely broken" and that more surgeries to fix her injuries are to come.
There is a police report on a pedestrian accident in the area of 311 Commonwealth Avenue, but Boston Police were not able to confirm the identity of the pedestrian.
According to the report, officers responded to a call for a pedestrian struck just after 7 p.m. Saturday.
When officers arrived on scene, they spoke to the driver who said he was on Hereford Street taking a left turn onto Commonwealth Avenue when he struck the pedestrian crossing the street.

The driver said that because of the dark, rainy weather, and the pedestrian wearing all black clothing, he did not see the person crossing the street.
The pedestrian was treated for non-life threatening injuries at a local hospital, the report said.
The driver was issued a Massachusetts uniform citation for failure to stop for a pedestrian in marked crosswalk.
It is unclear whether the driver has an attorney.
