Boston Police officers arrested a suspect Friday evening who was selling drugs out of a baby carriage.
Officers arrested Odalberto Willalona, age 48, of Boston and charged him with possession with intent to distribute a class B drug.
According to the department, officers were investigating complaints of drug activity in the area of Bushnell and Carruth Streets in Dorchester.
Officers observed what appeared to be a drug transaction between a person in a gray motor vehicle and a man pushing a baby carriage, later determined to be Willalona.
The man exited his vehicle in the area of Minot and Federika Streets, approached Willalona and completed what officers believed to be a drug transaction.
Officers approached the suspect and determined he was in possession of crack cocaine.
The suspect told officers he purchased it from Willalona and added there was a small infant inside the carriage during the transaction.

Officers approached Willalona and noticed an item fall to the ground, which they discovered to be a folded napkin holding 14 small plastic bags of crack cocaine.
The drugs were identical to the ones found with the first suspect.
Officers also confirmed there was a 1-year-old boy in the baby carriage, though police would not say if the child is Willalona's son.
Maria McKnight told necn she watched as police were scoping out the street and then when they made the arrest. She said she was in shock.
"You leave your child in the care of someone who you think is actually taking good care of them and then you watch the news and see your baby is in some kind of situation that could have been dangerous," McKnight said. "That's really unfortunate for the child, especially if the mother didn't know."
The Department of Children and Families will conduct a follow-up investigation.
Willalona posted his $700 bail. He walked into court and will be subject to GPS monitoring and curfew.
He is due back in court Dec. 12.
