A man has died from his injuries more than three weeks after his motorcycle was involved in a crash with another vehicle in Acton, Massachusetts, police said.
Acton police provided an update on Nov. 29 into the Halloween crash that took place on Great Road, which serves as Massachusetts Route 2A, near a garage by the Brookside Shops.

Citing a preliminary investigation, Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan and Acton Chief of Police Richard Burrows said 64-year-old Philip Keyes was traveling westbound around 12 p.m. when his motorcycle was involved in a crash with a Subaru Forester that was traveling eastbound.
Wetherbee Street was temporarily closed at the time while a medical helicopter landed and brought Keyes to Boston Medical Center. Footage from the scene showed Keyes' motorcycle on its side in the street.

Officials said Saturday that Keyes later died on Nov. 16 from injuries he sustained in the Oct. 31 crash.
The Subaru driver, identified as an 82-year-old Chelmsford woman, stayed on scene, officials said. No charges have been filed at this time.
An investigation is active and ongoing by the district attorney's office and state and local police.
