Police said Cote lost control of his 2006 Jeep Wrangler and rolled over in the far left lane of the toll plaza. Another vehicle was struck, but the driver of that vehicle was not injured.

Speed appears to have been a factor in the crash, police said.

A photo from the scene shows a badly damaged vehicle leaning against the toll booth.

The incident remains under investigation.
