The woman, who did not want to give her name, said the fireworks are valued at $1,200 and were purchased in New Hampshire for a Fourth of July party she and her family have at Franklin Park every year.
According to the woman, she's been setting off some of the fireworks over the last week to the delight of her children and some neighbors.
An officer who went to the women's door, however, said someone reported her.
ATF agents reminded the woman that fireworks are illegal and confiscated what she had left. No charges will be filed.
