The Shuck Food Truck staff claims they're serving the freshest seafood available, and their lobster rolls and fried oysters are perfect for these summer days in Boston.
Founders Ben Trusiak and Julia Nadler have roots on Cape Cod, where they served seafood in Wellfleet.
"Me and my partner, my co-founder, we've spent a lot of time in restaurants and in the food industry," said Trusiak. "So what we're doing basically is we're putting on the best possible product that we can and the freshest possible product that we can that's available to us in and around Massachusetts."
Their menu includes items like a crispy oyster tacos, oyster po'boys and grilled sweet corn.
Trusiak added, "We have the best damn lobster roll in the city."
Trusiak says he's hoping for a brick-and-mortar store someday.
