Melissa Gale's passion is her baking, and her family recipe cookie is the main feature at Boston's Cookie Monstah truck.
From cookie staples like chocolate chip and snickerdoodle, to ice cream flavors mint Oreo and peanut butter cup, you'll find no shortage of combinations of one of their monster sandwiches.
Of course, you can just get plenty of cookies on the go if that's more to your liking.
Truck manager Jennifer Fish said, "It is all homemade, fresh scratch batter that we hand-scoop every day and hand-bake every morning before we sell it."
She said that it's hard to walk by the truck and smell the fresh cookies and not stop by.
Gale said the truck started after more than two decades of baking in Boston. After seeing a food truck in a newspaper, she had her husband build a truck and the business got started from there.
She said, "Waking up every day to read people's comments about taking their lunch break and coming out and getting cookies. And the love we get from the city of Boston, we could not say thank you enough to everyone around us right now for all of their support and encouragement to keep it fresh, keep the product with integrity and to keep growing."
