One man was arrested in Dartmouth, Massachusetts following a stabbing at a hotel on Saturday.
Tyreke Brooks, 26, of Manchester, Connecticut, is accused of stabbing a 30-year-old male co-worker during an altercation at the Residence Inn on Faunce Corner Road in Dartmouth. Both men were staying at the hotel with several other co-workers.
Dartmouth Police arrested Brooks at around 8:21 a.m. on Sunday after receiving information that Brooks had returned to the Residence Inn after initially fleeing. In addition to charges for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, Brooks had two outstanding warrants for his arrest.
The victim sustained non-life-threatening injuries but was transported to Rhode Island Hospital for further evaluation.
