Multiple cars, apartments hit by bullets in East Boston, police say

No injuries were reported and no arrests were made

Several cars and apartments were hit by bullets in East Boston Thursday night, according to authorities.

Officers responded to the area of Maverick and Liverpool streets at about 11:15 p.m. for reports of shots fired, Boston police said.
