MV, Nantucket pot shops suing over Mass. marijuana shipping rule

A pair of marijuana dispensaries are suing the Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission over a rule preventing pot from being shipped from the mainland. One, on Martha’s Vineyard, says it’s had to close its doors after the lone cultivator on the island shuttered.
