Neglected dogs, horses and more seized from Middleborough home

Emaciated dogs left in filthy cages and neglected horses were found at a home in Middleborough, Massachusetts by first responders who rescued the animals and others amid hording inside. A woman who recently saw the horses called them “heartbreakingly thin.”
