Police Investigate 4 Shootings in Boston

Police are investigating four Boston shootings Wednesday night, some involving life-threatening injuries.

One male victim was shot in the area of 589 Shawmut Ave. in Dorchester around 9:56 p.m. He was taken to Boston Medical Center with potentially life-threatening injuries.

Eleven minutes later, at 10:07 p.m. around 103 Cedar St. in Roxbury, another male victim was shot in the leg. His injuries are not thought to be life-threatening.

Boston EMS confirms another shooting in Dorchester, in the area of Hancock Street and Glendale Street. Two people were shot, and one of the victims' injuries are believed to be life-threatening.

Boston EMS has also confirmed another shooting in the area of 54 Holworthy Street around 2:30 a.m. on Thursday. The male victim was transported with life-threatening injuries.
