A man convicted of raping a coworker at knifepoint in Quincy, Massachusetts, in 2005 has been sentenced to up to 20 years in prison, prosecutors said.
Tuen K. Lee broke into the woman's home and raped her in 2005, according to prosecutors. He was arrested and went to trial, but in 2007, while it was in process, he fled the state.

Earlier this year, Lee was arrested in Danville, California.

After the attack, he was identified by DNA and his horrible breath, which gave him the nickname the "Bad Breath Rapist."
Lee was sentenced to 18 to 20 years in state prison during a hearing Thursday in Norfolk Superior Court, according o the office of Norfolk District Attorney Michael Morrissey.
"We strongly believed that a substantial period of incarceration was appropriate given the brutality of the crime and demonstrated lack of remorse," Morrissey said in a statement.
