This week’s Restaurant Roundup includes the closing of a diner-style restaurant, a coffee spot from Australia and an exciting new fusion restaurant.

It looks like a suburban restaurant known in part for its steak and seafood dishes will be closing.
An article in the Patch confirms what we had heard earlier from The Passionate Foodie, that Stearns & Hill's Bistro in Melrose is closing, with the Main Street spot apparently shutting down at the end of business hours on July 28. The post hints that another restaurant could be taking over the space, though nothing has been completely confirmed as of yet (keep checking back for updates).
Stearns & Hill's Bistro, which first opened in 1999, offers such items as calamari, lobster ravioli, oysters, burgers, fried scallops, filet mignon, steak tips, pork chops, rack of lamb, and chicken pot pie. The people behind the place also run Fusilli's Cucina in Reading, which will accept gift cards for Stearns & Hill's Bistro.
The address for this soon-to-close restaurant in Melrose is: Stearns & Hill's Bistro, 505 Main Street, Melrose, MA, 02176. Its website can be found at https://stearnsandhillsbistro.com/
