Investigators obtained a warrant for the arrest of Robert Eastman, a 54-year-old from Manchester, and took him into custody later in the day, officials said.

Eastman faces a count of second-degree murder. He was set to face a judge Friday in Hillsborough County Superior Court. Friday afternoon, prosecutors said he had waived the arraignment and agreed to be held without bail on the condition he has the right to request a bail hearing in the future.

It wasn't immediately clear if Eastman had an attorney who could speak to the charges.

Earlier Thursday morning, authorities announced the death as suspicious, without releasing more details.
