Authorities are investigating after police say a teenager was shot multiple times in Methuen, Massachusetts Thursday night.
Methuen police said the 18-year-old Lawrence resident showed up at Holy Family Hospital with several gun shot wounds before being flown to a Boston hospital, where he was in "critical but stable condition."
Police said they received reports of shots fired in the areas of 189 Broadway; Huse Road and Brown Street just before 10 p.m. They also received reports of a gunshot victim at the emergency room entrance at Holy Family Hospital.
Authorities say the shooting occurred on Huse Road. A vehicle involved in the incident was found with numerous bullet holes, according to police.
