A woman is dead and another woman is injured following a shooting at a neighborhood in Worcester, Massachusetts on Saturday.
Police responded to the area of Cambridge Street shortly after 7 p.m. following a report of gunshots. According to police, a 41-year-old woman was taken to the hospital, where she was pronounced dead.

Another woman who was found shot at the scene was also taken to a nearby hospital and treated for less serious injuries, police said.
Footage of the scene showed police consoling the family members of the shooting victims on the sidewalk.

A young man who lives nearby told NBC10 Boston he heard a number of gunshots before hearing a car drive away.
Police did not provide any information on a possible suspect or motive for the shooting.
