In pictures: Former President Donald Trump injured in shooting at rally

Former President Donald Trump was safe after a shooter opened fire just minutes into his rally in Pennsylvania on Saturday.
Photographers captured the former president being rushed away from a campaign rally by Secret Service members.
A spectator was killed and two others seriously injured, local officials said. The shooter is also dead.
