‘This was not the enemy': FAA authorized drones flying over New Jersey, according to the White House

Karoline Leavitt, White House press secretary, told reporters that those “drones that were flying over New Jersey in large numbers were authorized to be flown by the FAA for research and various other reasons (…) were also hobbyists, recreational and private individuals that enjoy flying drones.”
