It wasn't easy, but the Boston Celtics emerged victorious Saturday night thanks to a buzzer-beating 3-point shot by Jayson Tatum.
Tatum's heroics gave the Celtics a 126-123 win over the Toronto Raptors at TD Garden. The Celtics now have a 11-3 record in second place in the Eastern Conference.
The Raptors played really hard with a shorthanded roster on the second night of a back-to-back. Jakob Poeltl scored a career-high 35 points and RJ Barrett tallied his first career-triple double, but it wasn't enough for Toronto. The Raptors sit at the bottom of the NBA standings with a 2-12 record.
