The New England Patriots have the No. 2 overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft with two weeks left in the regular season.

The Patriots moved up from No. 5 to No. 2 following Sunday's 24-21 loss to the Buffalo Bills, which brought their record to 3-12. The Las Vegas Raiders, who entered Week 16 with the second pick, helped New England's cause with a win over the Jacksonville Jaguars.

The New York Giants currently have the No. 1 overall pick after falling to the Atlanta Falcons on Sunday. Their 10th consecutive defeat brings them to 2-13 on the season.

Here's the updated order for the top 10 picks in the first round of the 2025 NFL Draft. This chart will be updated throughout Week 16.

Here's a look at the remaining 2025 Patriots schedule:

  • Week 17: vs. Los Angeles Chargers
  • Week 18: vs. Buffalo Bills

If the Patriots lose their final two games, they have a very good chance of landing the No. 2 or No. 3 pick.
