A customer banned from her favorite online store called NBC10 Boston Responds for help

Caroline asked that NBC10 Boston Responds reach out to Wayfair on her behalf after she was refused a refund and banned from shopping on the site.  We did and Wayfair contacted her the next day,  telling her that her account was “incorrectly flagged”.
