Boston city councilors call to reverse migrant shelter limits

Boston city councilors say they are not satisfied with Gov. Maura Healey’s new plan to handle the migrant housing crisis. In a letter to the governor, several councilors say they want her to abandon the changes and reinstate the previous plan.
