House passes TICKET Act targeting concert, event hidden fees

Trying to buy tickets for concerts and other events online can be stressful and expensive. Now, Congress is working to intervene, with the House passing legislation that would ban hidden fees and hold ticketing companies accountable for snafus with big events.
