Karen Read case update | Mass. State Police officials disciplined

A Massachusetts State Police internal affairs investigation found that Det. Lt. Brian Tully failed to properly supervise and discipline members of state police sharing sharing inappropriate text messages about Karen Read during the investigation into John O’Keefe’s death.
