‘Professional tenants' face criminal charges for pattern of evictions, unpaid rent

A Worcester County couple that’s been scamming people for 20 years — called “professional tenants” because they live at home without paying rent for as long as possible without being evicted — was in court after being exposed in an NBC10 Boston investigation.
