Boston Law Enforcement On Alert After Explosion at England Concert

Local law enforcement is on alert in Boston after the Monday night explosion at the Ariana Grande concert in Manchester, England. More than 20 concertgoers were killed, and almost fifty more injured in a possible suicide blast at the Manchester Arena earlier in the evening.
