Massachusetts State Police say the worker was picking up debris outside their vehicle near exit 28B on Route 24 at around 9:30 p.m. when they were struck.

Authorities entered and searched a Bridgewater home as part of a firearm and drug investigation.

Police activity was seen at a home in the Beebe Road area in Bridgewater, Massachusetts, Wednesday morning. A law enforcement source tells the NBC10 Boston Investigators the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives and state police executed several search warrants in connection with firearms and drug investigations.
